I've been coping with menopausal hot flashes for 4 years now. I used to sleep like a baby for 7-8 hrs but the last few years I wake up 3-4 times a night due to feeling too hot from a hot flash. I'm lucky if I get 6 hrs sleep a night. I'm worried that this lack of sleep may lead to other health problems like high blood pressure. Anyone dealing with this issue?
