Join us for a meeting of the People with Narcolepsy and Hypersomnia Support Group of the Greater Washington DC Area on Sunday, February 28th, 2010! We'll be meeting from 1pm - 1:45pm at the Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial Library in Room 221, and then continuing the meeting at a local (and inexpensive) restaurant when we lose the meeting room at 1:45pm. We are a group that is diverse in narcolepsy symptoms, treatment, treatment efficacy, ages, races, genders, professions, and the current ability to work - or not. Out of a group of 25 people, our meetings so far have tended to run around 10-15 attending each time, so the group is small enough to listen and help each person who attends.
Some of us like to go out for dinner after, transforming the support into support and nonalcoholic party! So please don't be shy - this is an utterly welcoming group, and we would love to meet you. Please see the attached fliers in HTML and Word formats for details and directions.
Also, mark your calendar now for the Saturday March 27th meeting at the West End Neighborhood Library in Washington DC, beginning at noon.
