having trouble with getting my 3 year old daughter to bed/sleep

its a ongoing battle have tryed everything i have read bout, its causing problems with my relationship, by the time i get to bed im so knacked there really aint any time for US, has anyone got any tips or anything ????????

My 9 year old likes to come in our room in the middle of the night

Our 9 year old is an only child. He has been coming in our room in the middle of the night for quite some time. Our nightly routine generally goes like this: He requests one of us to stay in his room until he falls asleep. teenager with chronic insomnia

My 16y/o daughter has had insomnia for the past 1-11/2 years. We have addressed this with her doctor. We have tried melintonin and more recently prozac (neither ne worked well). She does not drink, drink caffine or use drugs. She does not have any known physical or psychological reason for this problem.
