College Student Sleep Patterns Could Be Detrimental

According to a new study published in the Journal of American College Health, many college students in the U.S. have sleep problems that may impact daily performance, including driving and academics. How do you think the Nationl Sleep Foundation can spread the word about getting better sleep? It's practically conventional wisdom to say "eat right, excercise regularly and get a good night's sleep" yet oddly those are the three things that most people find they have the most difficulty with doing.
