College Student Sleep Patterns Could Be Detrimental

According to a new study published in the Journal of American College Health, many college students in the U.S. have sleep problems that may impact daily performance, including driving and academics. The study was based on survey data from 313 college students. It's practically conventional wisdom to say "eat right, excercise regularly and get a good night's sleep" yet oddly those are the three things that most people find they have the most difficulty with doing.
