Gosh man, as if it's not bad enough that for whatever reason Narcolepsy and Sleep Apnea has entered my life, my family makes me feel like it's not real and my medication is not helpful. I'm a problematic sleeper. I read all kinds of blogs and Web sites related to "curing insomnia" and whatnot. Truth is, I've never had much luck with the suggestions or advice I've read about.
