Does any one know of a sleep center that prescribes Xyrem in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, or Santa Monica?

I have a form of fibromylagia, called Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. I have had disordered sleep for at least the last 10 years. I am taking many "gray market" prescription drugs, and no doctor will prescribe all these drugs at these high levels. However, if I don't take them, I can't function at all and have no energy during the day. Therefore, I would like to try Xyrem for my sleep problems.
