National Sleep Foundation and The Big Sleep Show

The National Sleep Foundation (NSF) is pleased to announce its acquisition of The Big Sleep Show, the first-ever consumer health event solely devoted to sleep and alertness, which debuted last year in Chicago. changing nightmares into dreams

Okay, I bought the book and CDs on Turning Nightmares Into Dreams and am stuck on section 16; changing nightmares into dreams.

The instructions say change the nightmare anyway you wish, change a little, change a lot so you have a new dream.

The traumatic event that led to the nightmares was the death of a close friend. How do I change the "reality" of his death? My perception is that I would have to "pretend" he didn't die and paint a happy ending to the unfortunate series… Continue

Night Terrors

I am the mom of a 15 year old son who suffers from night terrors since he was an infant. We never slept. He would be running screaming through the house easily 4 times a night. He would fight me, leave the house, jump on me in the middle of the night. It was horrible to watch what he would go through.
