OSA and High Altitude

I am an active 55yom who likes to hunt, camp and backpack in the Cascade mountains altitude 4000-9000ft. I am being treated with 7cmH2O CPAP and never miss a night. My SPO2 went down to 83% at sea level during my sleep study. What good alternatives are there for such activities and what are the risks for not using CPAP at high altitudes? I've heard of oral devices, which are the best ones?
