you can call Mark McMillan, ASH Support 801-274-3767. He can answer any question you have. From what I have learn all these products are good for a person and its not like most things on the market. I had diabetes for over 30 yrs and high blood pressure, my a1c (blood sugar) was as high as 13 and the last one i had done back in September came back as 5.7 which was below normal (6.0) on daily basis it would run from 170 to 300, now on a daily basis it runs from 85 to 115 without taking medication . When I was taking the shots I gain over 20 lbs but since then (March) I lost over 29lbs and slowing losing more. My blood pressure was 180/110 now it runs about 119/77 without medication. When I had a reaction to high blood pressure medication is when I done alot of research on medince and natural supplement and you have to be careful with both. Like you said before you try them but not much results, as a suggestion always look at the bottom and see the other ingredients, usually why one don't get good results. However with ASH products they do have the research, scientist, noble prize winner, etc and there is no filler in them. Go to there website read about who is behind it and understand the three elements that need to be corrected in your body in order to changed ones health. and also search the web and you will see what other have to say from medical doctors. I took them for awhile but only due to the taste I couldn't stand (now you can mix them with unsweeten juice) I have changed to other ptoducts after doing the research on them but most likely go back on ASH products once or twice a year. I can personally say yes they do work. I truly hope that if this is not what you looking for that you will find something to help you.
I used to massage my wife feet every night it help her a great deal. wishing the best for you, James

Can nasal surgery help CPAP therapy?

Written by David Volpi, M.D., P.C., F.A.C.S.This month’s blog is for anyone who has obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and is having trouble using—or refusing to use—a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine while sleeping.   CPAP machines help nighttime interrupted breathing by pumping a continuous flow of air into the nasal passages, keeping the airway open, and preventing or greatly reducing snoring and paused breathing. Still, many people are uncomfortable wearing the CPAP mask at…See More

Say Hello to the Neurostimulator—an Alternative to CPAP Machines

I’ve been a practicing ear, nose, and throat specialist for more than 20 years, and one thing I know for certain about my obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients is—they have to do the treatments in order to get better. The problem is that some OSA patients who would benefit from Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines can’t or won’t use it because they find it uncomfortable, even though CPAPs have proven to be very effective in increasing oxygen flow and reducing apneic events that…See More
